My background also extends into specialized real estate services, including estate and trust sales, estate evaluations, and other situations where clear communication, compliance, and careful coordination are essential. I guide personal representatives and fiduciaries through the real estate steps of the process, helping them manage timelines, documentation needs, and property preparation with clarity and care. I also support builders and developers with market analysis, pricing strategy, and project positioning to ensure each new-construction project is launched with a strong, competitive plan from concept to close.

My early career in property and condominium management adds another layer of value.
